what is customized home management consulting?
Each situation is unique. Determining factors include how quickly a client can make decisions, and the amount of clutter. Beginning with a half-day session is a great place to start!
how long will it take?
Yes, I offer a free 15-min. phone consultation to learn more about you and your organizing needs. Let's face it, inviting a stranger into your home to declutter and organize can feel strange. I want you to feel comfortable with me, and I want to feel comfortable with you. It's important to find an organizer you trust and enjoy spending time with. A phone consultation will give us the opportunity to casually meet, discuss goals and make sure we will make a good team.
Do you offer a free intro-call?
In most cases I will offer solutions for your space with the organizational products you already own. Many people who desire to be more orderly have accumulated some good organizing products. I will always try to use products you already own. However, if you desire an elevated space I may make product suggestions and can even shop for you if necessary. The cost of these products is additional, but not marked up. The decision to purchase items is completely up to the client.
will i need to buy a bunch of organizing products?
Payment is accepted via credit card. For single sessions, an invoice will be emailed at time of booking, and full payment is required in advance to confirm the requested session date. To confirm dates for multi-day packages, a 50% deposit is required and an invoice will be emailed at the time of booking. The remaining balance, including any add-on hours, or additional services, will be due at the conclusion of the final session.
when and how do i pay for the services and products?
My current hourly rate is $185.
what do you charge for your services?
No problem! We handle all of the details for you. The only part that we need you there for is the purging during Phase I. After we know what stays and what goes, we take it from there.
what if i'm too busy to meet and handle the details?
Our goal is always to create a space that is functional and easy to maintain. We will walk you through your space once it's complete and show you the systems we have created and the best ways to maintain them.
We also offer customized maintenance packages (quarterly, semi-annually, annually) to keep your spaces looking picture perfect year-round.
how do i maintain my organization after you're gone?
We'll discuss your passions and priorities and then we'll set up your space in a way that supports your goals. Our objective on every project is to inspire simplicity throughout the home, ensuring every item in your space has a purpose and a place.
